Hannah Moran – Case Manager

Hannah Moran is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor who serves as a Case Manager at Legacy Healing Center’s Parsippany campus. Drawing on both clinical training and lived compassion, she helps clients navigate every phase of treatment—from the first needs assessment to crafting an aftercare plan that sustains long‑term recovery. Known for her empathic style, Hannah meets each individual where they are, removes practical roadblocks, and connects them with medical, legal, vocational, and community resources so they can focus on healing.

A graduate of East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania, Hannah blends evidence‑based practice with a client‑centered philosophy rooted in dignity and respect. She is especially passionate about empowering people to reclaim their autonomy, build healthy support networks, and rediscover purpose beyond substance use. Her commitment to thorough case coordination and open communication ensures that every client—and their family—has a steady advocate and guide throughout the recovery journey.
